Remove outdated PostgreSQL and MySQL single server support

Service endpoint support in PostgreSQL and MySQL was only in the retired single server product (MySQL retired, PostgreSQL retires this week). There is no service endpoint support in the current flexible server editions. The references in this article are misleading. Removing them,
