(AzureCXP) MCAS Update
Based on customer feedback from the below GitHub thread, removing MCAS from limitation of features available for Azure US Gov. https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/51829 Currently MCAS is available for GCC High as per below documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/enterprise-mobility-security/solutions/ems-cloud-app-security-govt-service-description, not sure if that can be generalized for this document as Azure Gov. Please review and revert back for any queries.
