Update automated-backups-overview.md
Removed for Azure SQL Managed Instance that the Data redundancy type set on an instance creation cannot be changed. The new feature allows now the data redundancy type for STR (short term retention) to be changed even after an instance is created. ------- cc: @SudhirRaparla
