After I enter that information in and return to the mail app, I get an error. What can I do? | To try to fix this problem, make sure while you're signing in to the mail app that you select the **Safari** icon on the bottom right side of the screen. When switching between apps, background processes stop running, so your sign-in can't go through. However, by transferring to Safari, the whole sign-in process can happen in one app, allowing you to sign-in properly. |
