Update mpa-request-ownership.md
Added some clarification based on experiences gathered when performing these transfers. Perhaps the explanation of where the customer account must "live" deserves a separate topic as a lot of EA customers are unaware they are working with multiple directories and using guest accounts to access the tenants/subscriptions. Creating an overview / inventory before you start the transfer process will greatly improve the experience.
