Edit required Privarte Endpoints.
The following change requires an additional private endpoint for the storage table when using a secure storage account with Azure Functions. https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-host/releases/tag/v4.1037.0 If this authorisation is missing, the problems described in the following Issue will occur. Azure/azure-functions-host#10995
