# Regional availability of services and features

This article provides an overview of Azure Health Data Services regional availability of services and features. The availability of Azure Health Data Services services and features can vary by region, including Azure API for FHIR. For example, the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR&#174;) may be available in a region, but the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM&reg;) service may not.</br>
