You need to update any dependent resources to use the new IP inbound address for your new App Service Environment v3. For internal facing (ILB) App Service Environments, you need to update your private DNS zones to point to the new inbound IP address. This step is where you can validate your new environment and make any remaining necessary updates to your dependent resources.
