Resolves build validations.

Sets author/ms.author to valid value. If the author/ms.author value is incorrect, please let me know asap, and I will update to correct value. This update resolves build validations with valid value of an author/ms.author that is current in this doc set. I pulled author/ms.author from the current values in the index.yml file but will update right away if someone else should own this one.
