Updating where to change the KMSI prompt settings on Azure Portal

The setting for whether user sees KMSI prompt or not used to be in "advanced brand settings" but now is in "user settings" in Azure Portal. 

Old: 
**Show keep user signed in** in advanced brand setting

New:
 **Show keep user signed in** in user setting
