Disabling the Firewall temporarily resolves these issues, suggesting interference from macOS firewall settings is the root cause. This issue has been addressed in macOS 15.0.1, which enhances compatibility with third-party security software, as detailed [here in the macOS 15.0.1 release notes](https://support.apple.com/en-us/121011).<br>
