Update BIOS and firmware version tables for N, N-1 and N-2

Added minimum recommended BIOS and firmware versions for Nexus Cluster runtime versions N, N-1, and N-2, including BOM 1.7.3 and 2.0.0. Corrected NVIDIA ConnectX-6 Lx 2x 25G SFP28 version formatting and updated section headers for clarity.
