Update pim-configure.md

Hey Team,

The above line needs to be updated from : "Prevents removal of the last active Global Administrator role assignment" to "Prevents removal of the last active Global Administrator and Privileged Role Administrator role assignments". PIM also prevents removing the last active assignment of PRA as well as GA.
