Yes, you can replicate Azure VMs to any subscription within the same Microsoft Entra tenant. When you enable disaster recovery for VMs, by default the target subscription shown is that of the source VM. You can modify the target subscription, and other settings (such as resource group and virtual network), are populated automatically from the selected subscription.
