+As of March 18th, 2020 some Azure HDInsight customers in West Europe or North Europe have received error notifications when performing service management operations such as create or scale for resources hosted in these regions. Errors related to this issue include "Internal server error occurred while processing the request. Please retry the request or contact support." Engineers are aware of this issue and are actively investigating.
