Update usage-analytics-active-resources.md

We're adding an "i" icon on the active resources tab under the analytics page with a hover tooltip that says "Resources that identities have performed actions on in the last 90 days." because customers are confused as to what active resources actually are. Proposing this docs edit for further clarity!
