This account is stored locally within the Arc resource bridge as an encrypted Kubernetes secret. It is used to allow the Arc resource bridge to interact with vCenter. If your Arc resource bridge status is disconnected, this may be due to the vSphere account stored locally within the resource bridge being expired.
