[Doc-a-thon] Updating vm-applications.md

This document had only sample instructions of creating aplication packages  for Ubuntu, I tested this in the different Ubuntu versions, updated the instructions and also added tabs for RHEL and SUSE (the other most common distros) to make it Linux inclusive
