M29106: Clarification on Italic content

Hello, @MattFarm,  
Translator has reported possible source content issue. 
"Linguist comment: Seems to be a source error in formatting. I don't think this paragraph is enclosed by italics, which should be replaced by single quotes in translation since it is neither a citation nor a thought."
