Cost analysis doesn't support grouping by multiple attributes. To work around it, you can apply a filter for a desired attribute and group by the more detailed attribute. For instance, filter down to a specific resource group, then group by resource.

Pivot charts under the main chart show different groupings, which give you a broader picture of your overall costs for the selected time period and filters. Select a property or tag to view aggregated costs by any dimension. When you apply a filter to the main chart, the filter also affects pivot charts. Costs are filtered, too. Pivot charts also align to the actual or amortized metric selected for the main chart and to the currency. Pivot charts aren't aligned with **Group by** or **Granularity** selections applied to the main chart.

After you save a view, you can share a link to it with others using the **Share** command. The link is specific to your current scope and view configuration. The link doesn't grant others access to the view itself, which might change over time, or the underlying data. If you don't have access to the scope, an `access denied` message is shown. We recommend using the Cost Management Contributor role to allow others to save and share viewswith others.

The link doesn't grant others access to the view itself, which might change over time, or the underlying data. If you don't have access to the scope, an `access denied` message is shown. We recommend using the Cost Management Contributor role to allow others to save and share views. A saved view, whether it's private or shared, saves only the specific filters selected for the view. To update the filters in a saved or shared view, you might need to remove the existing filters and recreate a new one with the updated values.

You can also pin the current view to an Azure portal dashboard. Pinning only includes a snapshot of the main chart or table and doesn't update when the view is updated. A pinned dashboard isn't the same thing as a saved view.
