Update overview-patch-os-runtime.md
this is a language mistake not a technical mistake. the current version says " More control over the OS and application stack is available you in [Azure Virtual Machines]| my suggestion to fix this is " More control over the OS and application stack is available for you in [Azure Virtual Machines]|
