Update connector-sharepoint-online-list.md

Just adding back on step 2.a the example site address:
e.g. https://[your_site_url]/_layouts/15/appinv.aspx (replace the site URL).
Without this example, many customers cannot proceed with the configuration, and is causing confusion when configuring the app permissions.
