Rollback cmdlet correction

Under the rollback section, the cmdlet indicated is Convert-MSOLDomaintoFederated, which has been deprecated (as well as the whole MSOL cmdlet tree). 

I am correcting the command to the new one, 'New-MgDomainFederationConfiguration' as mapped in the conversion list:
