Update MOSP (pay-as-you-go) to EA Product transfer support Notes

Kindly add "Reservations don't automatically transfer" to the existing sentence "• If you're transferring subscriptions to the EA enrollment, you must create a billing support ticket."  
I have no entitlement to create a new pull request as I used to do, hence let me submit this.

Our Azure billing support TSG confirms reservations can basically be transferred and supported in case of the failure.

Web Direct (WD) to EA (non-modern): This transfer occurs automatically when an EA admin adds a Microsoft Online Subscription Program account to the EA enrollment. All the RIs owned by the account owner transfer to an enrollment.

If a customer claims the RIs did not transfer, perform the Transition Reservation operation in Jarvis.
