Update prerequisites for AzDO connector

Currently, GHAS is a prerequisite for the GitHub connector. Until GHAS for AzDO is released for public preview, customers and field specialists are confused why secret scan results are not appearing for their DevOps assets (they need to configure the MSDO extension first). Once GHAS for AzDO is public, I will submit a PR to change the prerequisite to be consistent with the GitHub onboarding documentation.
