**Description:** During Azure Communication Service calls on iPhone X with iOS 16.7.x, users experience the disappearance of both their local video preview and incoming video after more than 30 minutes of being in a call with video enabled, which may appear blank or empty to the user. For other users, the video from the iPhone X user appears frozen at the moment it is lost on the iPhone X device. Along with the disappearance of the video, a pronounced echo can occur. The video restores when the iPhone X user turns the camera off and then on again.

- This issue has been observed only on the iPhone X device with iOS versions 16.7.5 and 16.7.7.<br>
