Update storage-initiate-account-failover.md
Remove item one from the "Prerequisites" since the customers dont have to register for the preview anymore. The feature is open for all the customers. - Register for the account failover preview. For information about how to register, see [About the preview](storage-disaster-recovery-guidance.md#about-the-preview).
