In the diagram below, both toggles need to be enabled to allow connectivity between the standalone VNet 4 and the VNets directly connected to hub 2 (VNet 2 and VNet 3): **Allow traffic from remote Virtual WAN networks** for the virtual network gateway and **Allow traffic from non Virtual WAN networks** for the virtual hub's ExpressRoute gateway.
