update with WAF v1 and v2 metrics information

- Add link to Resource logs after Diagnostic logs for more information
- Put WAF v2 metrics before WAF V1
- Link back to App Gateway for both WAF metrics 1 and 2
- Update APP gateway >= 3.2 to include Botmanager and Geofiltering
- Change Applicable to available
- Remore "Note", it's repetition
- Use same header
- Just 3 items in the WAF V1 table. Remove the APGW metrics table
- Remove "App Gateway" in Access metrics title at the beginning of the screenshots.
