Changed Administrator to Reader (and some capitalization)

In the section "These roles can perform the following actions related to a Temporary Access Pass", Global Administrator is mentioned twice. I believe the last one should be Global Reader (which also matches permission containing authenticationMethods here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/permissions-reference).
I also updated som capitalizations in role names to match other documentation.
