Add SQL Server tempdb to list of suitable files for Temporary Disk

Proposing to add "SQL Server tempdb" to the list of files that are suitable for the Temporary disk. Putting SQL's tempdb on the Temporary drive is part of our guidance/best practices per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/virtual-machines/windows/performance-guidelines-best-practices-storage?view=azuresql#checklist
