ANPTA: Updated to clarify managed cert autorenewal CNAME requirements
Added a note in lines 221-222 to call out the CNAME requirement for autorenewal, and edited line 219 to clarify the same. This puts the AFD classic doc in line with the CDN custom domain HTTPS doc.
