[Doc-A-THon] Updating network-watcher-linux

- Removed CoreOS which is deprecated already
- Removed Ubuntu 11 it is not supported anymore and updated to 16+
- Removed Suse 11. It is not supported anymore. 
- Updated Centos, Oracle and Red Hat with 6,10 and add a disclaimer for EOL .
