+You can download usage reports and billing information for a prior enrollment after an enrollment transfer has taken place. Historical reporting is available in both the Azure EA portal and cost management.

+The Azure EA portal filters inactive enrollments out of view, therefore you’ll need to uncheck the 'Active' box to view inactive transferred enrollments.
