Update enable-sql-azure-hybrid-benefit.md

Create VM-Host placement policy ---> Create VM-Host affinity placement policy

According to the screenshot (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-vmware/media/sql-azure-hybrid-benefit/azure-hybrid-benefit.png) and UI button name registration, "affinity" seems missing. The policy is, however, seems to be called as "placement policy" (not "affinity placement policy) generally. Hence I applied the change to the UI button name only
