Update expressroute-connectivity-models.md
The phrase "managed Layer 3 connections between your site and the Microsoft cloud" might create confusion. By design Ethernet point-to-point is a layer 2 service. Layer 3 connectivity is already described in section "Any-to-any (IPVPN) networks"
