Update use-intune-config-manager-microsoft-defender-antivirus.md

Adding to the article the list of all settings available to be configured in an Intune AV policy. This is a common request from our customers as currently this information is not available in a single document in the MDE repository but scattered in multiple articles (Intune docs, Defender CSP documentation, etc)
