Add Microsoft Entra ID P2 to eligible products list

Updated both Defender Experts and XDR documentation to include Microsoft Entra ID P2 as an eligible product for coverage. Also clarified licensing requirements for Microsoft Entra ID P1 in the XDR prerequisites.
