The provided bicep file fails

Hi,

The main.bicep file fails the deployment.
The error message is very "helpful"

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Bicep says it is OK, but the ARM indicates the above error.

I tried to deploy / validate the JSON template (through Azure portal) that is generated but it gives the same error.
For me the template seems correct but it fails (it is the same through all MS Learn path
