Indenting corrected and language and style streamlined
Indenting was lost. Corrected to make code readable. DAO objects declared as such. Variable names modified to current style. Closing of objects added. Comments cleaned up. Function AddName changed to a Sub as it doesn't return data. MsgBox introduced to match the use of InputBox.
