"Archive of Windows App SDK downloads" page has information that is years out-of-date #5653

Description

@stamminator

According to the up-to-date Windows App SDK release notes page's Release Lifecycle table, all SDK versions prior to 1.7 are now out of support. But on the Archive of Windows App SDK downloads page, which is probably seen much more often than the other page since people download the SDKs here, all of the out-of-support SDK versions from 1.1 forward are still listed in the top in-support sections. They should be moved to their corresponding "Out-of-support" releases sections at the bottom of the page such that they match the information on the Release Lifecycle page.
