Transparent window with feedback?

So I have this very basic code:

import webview
import os
os.chdir(os.path.dirname(__file__))

class api:
    def __init__():
        pass

window = webview.create_window("Test", "back/index.html", js_api=api, frameless=True, transparent=True)
webview.start()

<h1 style="color: white; background-color: black; display: block;">Test</h1>
<button>test</button>

While the button does nothing, it should still be clickable; instead I'm just punching the window behind and the web view minimizes.
I'm on Windows 11.

The window seems to have no hit box at all. Even if I enable easy dragging, it's not movable.
