Had to install dotnet to get LAB working

I had to install dotnet Framework Developer versions 4.5.1, 4.5.2 and 4.6.1 as the pipeline kept erroring on VSbuild task of the pipeline job. I installed all prereq's. Should these be installed by VScode somehow.

Anyone else had this issue?
