Description
RDMA supports zero copy networking by enabling network adapter to transfer data rom the wire directly to application memory.
Therefore, there is no copy between application memory and data buffers in OS, no work required by CPUs, caches and context switches - this will be a huge win
One caveat though is the target node is not notified of the completion of the request.
