500 — Internal Server Error

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. i use docker to install and run
2. when i open the URL "localhost:8899/api/v1/stats", show the error 500 "The server encountered an internal error and cannot complete your request."
3. like "http://localhost:8899/#/" it's ok, but nothing
