Ecma TC39 decimal proposal feedback? #207

Jesse here, one of the champions of the decimal proposal to add decimal arithmetic to JS. Thank you for your work on adding decimals to JS -- your npm packages are popular, even dominant, and clearly address a need for many JS programmers out there. I was curious if you had any feedback about the shape of the proposal as it currently stands. You can see the draft specification here. I made an npm library, decimal128.js, which reflects the current thinking of the champions. Any feedback you might have would be most appreciated!
