[Bug] Crepe BlockEdit add button has unexpected behavior inside multiline list entry

Steps to reproduce

In the playground, paste the following into the Markdown source:

# List Behavior

* initial

  second line

Then, in the Milkdown editor, hover over "second line" and click the Add button (+ icon).

Expected behavior

The block insert menu should appear as it normally does in other contexts. Alternatively, if this menu is not context-appropriate, it would make sense for the + button to not be displayed.

Actual behavior

A new blank line is added.

Apologies if this is expected behavior of Crepe BlockEdit; it was reported to our project by our users as a bug. If it is expected behavior, we will document it appropriately.

The button won't work when in nested structures is by design. Some optimization may can be done. For example like you mentioned, hide the button or add a disable state.
