Problem

Is something like this possible? Where the block type menu comes up for existing blocks, not just new lines, and enables switching from h1 to h3 or whatever?

Solution

Menu shows up when you short click the drag handle and changes the content type of that row

Alternatives

Delete the text and start again is the only w3ay I could find to change it
