[Bug] Mods Will Still Be Displayed After Removing

I tried basic troubleshooting first

Describe the bug

The removed mod will still be displayed and will be fixed after restarting manymc.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Mods'
2. Remove a mod
3. Still Displayed
