Release 2.0.2 for LoTAS 1.7.10 to 1.18.2

- Added 1.18.2
- Removed video upspeeder and reduced file size of the mod
- Added looting calculation to Dropmanip
- [Forge] Fix keystrokes being delayed by 1 tick
- [Forge] Turn on invulnerability when enderdragon isn't loaded
- [1.8.9] Turned off challenge maps by default
- Remove invulnerability ticks after savestating/loadstating
